When we decided to list our home it was imperative that we find a realtor that could accommodate our needs.  Your ability to adapt to our needs along the way made you even more valuable to us.  For one example, Terry was working nights at that time and had to sleep during the day when most potential buyers wanted to schedule viewings.  You understood that and worked with us to arrange evening appointments.  While I’m sure most realtors would have preferred to spend their evenings at home with their families, you recognized our unique situation and you put us first.  Your determination to sell our home never wavered.
