Tunbridge Station is located in the Hickory section of Chesapeake.  It has approximately 140 single family homes that were built in the 1990s.  Most of the homes are 1,900 to 2,800 square feet with a price range of $240,000 to $370,000.  There is no home owners association.  Tunbridge Station is located off of Mount Pleasant Road and Back Road.  Back Road runs behind Butts Road Primary.  The children in this neighborhood attend Butts Road Primary, Butts Road Intermediate, Hickory Middle and Hickory High.
