I am representing the buyers in the purchase of 1801 Clifton Drive in Virginia Beach.  Clifton Drive is located in the Castleton neighborhood of Virginia Beach.  Castleton has approximately 775 single famil homes and condos in it located right off of London Bridge Road.  One can access shopping in the Strawbridge area within 5 minutes.  The home on Clifton Drive is a foreclosure and was only on the market for a week.  My buyers offer has been accepted and we completed the home inspection yesterday.  Closing will be in late October/early November.
