Greenbrier area Real Estate in Chesapeake VA

There are approximately 480 homes currently for sale in the  Greenbrier  area of Chesapeake.  This area is in the 23320 zip code of Chesapeake.  One can gain access to this part of Chesapeake by taking the Greenbrier or Battlefield exits off of interstate 64.  It borders the Great Bridge and Hickory areas of Chesapeake and Tallwood area of Virginia Beach.  The main part of Greenbrier is right off of Greenbrier Parkway and has numerous shopping facilities as well as 2 movie theaters and the Greenbrier Mall.  It is a desirable area due to the easy access to interstate 64 with a central location to most cities in Hampton Roads as well as quick access to major shopping and dining areas.

Knells Ridge is a neighborhood located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake.  It is comprised of approximately 240 single family homes, townhouses, and condos built in the 1980s.  Knells Ridge is conviently located off of Battlefield and Knells Ridge.  Kemp Woods and Kemp Crossing are nearby neighborhoods. The children in this neighborhood attend BM Williams Primary, Crestwood Middle and Oscar Smith High.

Albemarle River is a new neighborhood that is being constructed off of Butts Station Road in the Greenbrier area.  The plan is for this neighborhood to have 200 homes in the next 5 years.  Warrington Hall and Waterway Estates are nearby neighborhoods.

Warrington Hall is located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake.  It is located between Kempsville Road and Butts Station Road.  There are approximately 250 single family homes, townhomes, and condos that were first built in 2002 and are still being constructed.  It is located between Butts Station Road and Kempsville Road.   Kemp Crossing and Kemp Woods are nearby neighborhoods.  The children in this community attend Greenbrier Elementary, Greenbrier Middle, and Indian River High schools. 

Georgetown Colony is located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake off of Military Highway and Providence Road.  It is comprised of approximately 350 single family homes and townhouses built in the 1970s.  It is conviently located off of Military Highway and Providence Road.  Woodbriar and Woods of Avalon are nearby neighborhoods.  The children in this neighborhood attend Sparrow Road, Indian River Middle, and Indian River High.

Kemp Crossing is located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake off of Kempsville Road.  It is comprised of approximately 30 homes built in the late 1980s early 1990s.  Kemps Woods and Tarleton Oaks are nearby neighborhoods.  The children in the neighborhood attend Greenbrier Elementary, Greenbrier Middle, and Indian River High.

Kemp Woods is located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake on the other side of Kempsville Road from Kemp Crossing.  It is comprised of approximately 300 single family homes built in the 1990s.  Kemp Crossing and Warrington Hall are nearby neighborhoods.  The children in Kemp Woods attend Greenbrier Elementary, Greenbrier Middle, and Indian River High.

Woodbriar is located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake off of Battlefield Blvd and Volvo Parkway.  It has approximately 275 single family homes and townhouses built in the 1980s and 1990s.   Knells Ridge and Georgetown Colony are nearby neighborhoods.  The children attend BM Williams, Crestwood and Oscar Smith.
